Kleen Tank of Las Vegas is just one of a family of Authorized Kleen Tank Dealers, and one of the first Kleen Tank dealers to be welcomed into the Authorized Dealer Program. Owned by Michael Shanks, we’ve been providing professional RV tank cleaning service to RV owners for almost three years (and counting!). While we’re mostly servicing the Greater Las Vegas area and surrounding communities, we do travel sometimes to take care of our customers outside of our normal service area, staying in RV parks, resorts, and campgrounds for anywhere from an overnight to extended periods of time.

We’re RV owners just like you! Currently, we travel in our 2019 Fleetwood Bounder 35K (so we know a lot of your frustrations!).

Our journey with Kleen Tank began a couple of years ago when we got home from a two month long trip. I had been unsatisfied with the way my black tank was draining and it seemed that the installed flush system was not effective. I thought that I could find a better way to get a more complete empty on our tanks. That is when I came across some YouTube videos showing a hydro clean application on the waste tanks. I was intrigued and began a quest to find the equipment necessary to perform this on my rig. As I discussed this with other RVers, I discovered there were others who were interested in the service. I began a conversation with Kleen Tank about the business and was convinced during my research that the program developed by them looked sound and they were interested in helping me establish a profitable new, local business under the Kleen Tank banner.

Our focus as an Authorized Kleen Tank Dealer is in line with the overall Kleen Tank philosophy which is to help educate people on the proper use of their waste tanks under all conditions. If they are part timers, full timers or weekend warriors, they will need our services at some point in there travels. My greatest joy is to meet new people thru the service I provide. Solving the customers problems and showing them ways to prevent it in the future gives me a feeling of satisfaction I used to have in my professional career.  Its nice to go back to work with a purpose.
